Cancellation Policy 

Changed your mind? No problem! You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may have already entered processing and may not be eligible for changes or cancellation.

If you do cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully pack every order to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives physically damaged (e.g., broken or defective), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@thenuvita.com with a clear photo of the damage.

  • Damaged packaging alone (such as dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product is intact.

  • Replacements for eligible damaged items are provided at no cost.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or normal use

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship your orders on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., couriers, customs, weather). If there’s a delivery issue, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly.

Nuvita is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reships for orders sent to an incorrect address if we are not notified in time.
